My ex-husband and his divorce attorney - Jeffrey Shaw - failed to appear at the August 10th court hearing for immediate distribution of the property settlement.

Magistrate Johnson did not hold either my ex or Attorney Shaw in contempt. Johnson did not hold a default hearing. Instead, Johnson rescheduled the hearing to August 22nd.
